For all you health freaks who go through umpteen ideas to keep your body fit, CULINARY workout is the in-thing, the latest fad. The basic steps are

1) bhindi – 8 nos.
2) a knife – preferably a dull one. (the sharper the blade, the lesser is the workout)

Keep cutting the vegetables into small pieces. Remember it’s for the south Indian curry and not bhindi masala. After you have got the veggies cut, u find yourself drenched out with sweat. Go and weigh yourself and voila u have lost a couple of kilos.

The basis for this post is as follows

Gay was supposed to call me around 12pm. It was already one and she hadn’t called me yet. So I called her up and asked her the reason. She supposedly was cutting up EIGHT ladies-finger for the last one hour. An hour!!!!! On top of that she had a back pain from that chore. Cutting up vegetables brings on back pain!!!! What about the poor folks who lift weights on a daily basis?

An hour to cut up vegetables… hmmm, lunch is probably an evening affair.

adapaavi.. This s the first time am making an attempt to cut vegetables.. see i ll really become an expert cook in a month or 2 :P n i also pray to god to bless u with a wife who s worser than me in cooking :D

dont worry gayathri. no body is born talented in cooking. Sridhar's wife will learn cooking very well after marriage. i bet it :)
